The exceptional quality silk twill we have chosen comes from a French company with a proven track record since 1929.
The twill is a meticulous weave that is easily recognised by its iconic oblique stripes. This fabric work guarantees a soft and majestic silk while highlighting the colours and patterns of our designs. Our silk scarves are entirely printed in France on a 67 grams per square meter twill.
How to present our silk scarves without mentioning their exceptional finishing. The rolled hems of the silk are entirely handmade, respecting the traditions of craftsmanship and luxury. We have chosen the "French style" roulotté which consists in making it on the top of the scarf, as opposed to the "Italian style" which is made on the back.

The first subject proposed by the head of the workshop at the school of applied arts where I studied for three years, was "ribbons and buttons". This theme seemed inexhaustible and my ideas infinite, time has proved me right as I still often use ribbons for my creations. A few years ago I discovered the digital access to the textile museum in Lyon, and particularly the ribbons section of which I never tire: what finesse, what ingenuity, what diversity in these products whose use has practically disappeared from our lives. Immortalizing fabric on fabric, my leitmotiv here again.
In addition, in the one that triggered my desire to make a square, there is interlacing: another recurring subject of interest in the same way as canework, basketry, and the organized structures resulting from human ingenuity. Following the little ribbon up and down endlessly like the endlessly repeating patterns in the designs I develop for upholstery publishers.
